Upon receiving a booking request, we will send a confirmation email detailing the service agreed upon. It is the customer's responsibility to review and confirm the details.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are quoted based on the information provided at the time of booking. Prices include the cost of labor, vehicle use, and any additional services requested.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
- Payment Schedule: A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon completion of the service.
5. Cancellation and Changes
Customers may cancel or make changes to their booking subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid fees.
- Change of Date/Time: Any changes to the booking must be communicated as soon as possible. Availability is subject to confirmation.

7. Customer Responsibilities

- Access to the premises is unobstructed for the moving team.

8. Company Responsibilities

9. Dispute Resolution
